Hola amigos,

¿Quieres progresar? Necesitas una meta.

ENGLISH VERSION

Hi friends,

Today I leave with video unparalleled personal enrichment.

It is the story of an Australian father who year after year was preparing to compete in the Ironman Australia. His biggest dream was to compete in that race next to his son who was born with cerebral palsy. The father never saw his son’s situation as an obstacle and for several years practiced hard – along with his son – until the time came. This father some 60 years inscribed to his son and himself at Ironman Australia.

This is a test for people with winning, exemplary mentality, and really strong convictions. Finishing an Ironman is something exceptional. The test consists of three parts, beginning usually at dawn:

. 1 – Part one, swimming in the sea or a lake a length of 4 km

. 2 – Take the bike and travel a distance of 180 kms uninterrupted, with heavy ups and downs.

. 3 – A marathon with their 42.5 kms.

The world champions do in 8 hours 15 minutes. The person in this story almost finished it in 17 hours.

The amazing thing about this father, like people who do this type of event, it is your mental toughness as well as physical strength.

Do you want to make progress? You need a goal.
